Spreading the Love

Spread The Love- Alison Mello

Alison is one of the lovely authors I was able to meet in 2016. She is a sweet, supportive Indie author that I’m proud to call my friend.

What do you love about writing?

I love talking with my readers. I have met so many great people through writing, and there’s nothing I love more than when a reader messages me to tell me what they thought of my book.

What are your goals when it comes to writing?

When I first started, my goals were simple, I wanted to be accepted by a publishing company. Now that I’ve managed to tackle that I want to take it a step further. My goal now is to make writing a full-time career. I’m working hard to write books readers will love. I’m also working hard to promo to get my name out there. It might sound silly, but I want to be that author who has people excited to download my next book on release day.

Who is your idol in the book world?

I’m not sure I can say I have one idol. I have a lot of people I look up to for many reasons in the book world, and I try to learn bits from each and every one of them.

If you could co-write with one author, who would it be?

Can I really only pick one? I have a few authors I would love to co-write with but I can only pick one it would definitely be Meredith Wild. She’s amazing, and I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with her briefly over Facebook she’s a sweet person.
